Help Please

I want to turn off the sounds of voices and music while in character select for ranked, but I want audible ding's for when I need to press a stupid button.

I just got automatically kicked with a queue dodge time penalty because I turned of the annoying SFX sounds while tabbed out checking my email. This was easy to do in the previous incarnation of character select, but I can't figure out how to do it now.

The client does not pop back up or give any indication when it is my turn to ban, confirm, or whatever other multiple stupid annoying things it wants me to do at irregular intervals.
