"Lost promo due to inactivity" and I wasn't inactive. Major bug.

I was in my series to move from B2 to B1. I won 1 game, and lost 1 game. After the loss I took a 15 minute break to take a shower.

When I came back there was a little pop-up saying my ranked series had ended due to inactivity.

I checked and my promos were over, and I had 20 less LP.

That is a terrible bug. Please fix it.

To be clear, I was not in a game. It was between games, and I was browsing the store. Then I went afk for 15 minutes while browsing champion skins. And then I got the pop-up.

Does anyone read this?
