Camera Lock on Teammate Bug

For the last several days I have had a strange bug occur about once a game. I play with my camera unlocked. When the bug happens (and I can't figure out what causes it to happen), the camera will snap to a teammate, and stay locked on them. I can't change the view back to myself. This has caused me to lose fights, and sometimes die to mobs when I am in the jungle, because I can't use my targeted abilities when I can't get the screen to move back to myself. When this happens I bang on the keyboard until the camera unlocks off of my teammate. It seems that hitting escape repeatedly helps unlock the camera off my teammate, but I am not sure if that is what does it, or if it is just random.
