@riot Broken promises and deafening silence; the return of Evelynn to eve tier

Back in ye old days something called eve tier existed and after ignoring the champion for 2 years riot realized it wasn't working and thus reworked her and built in levers to pull in order to adjust her power up and down as needed, and for a time Evelynn was a god then they pulled a lever or two and adjusted her power level to balanced for the champions risk.

Now here lies the problem they kept on pulling levers on her again and again and again, it was then that the big bad new bully jungle was released along with the elder lizard items being removed both of which Evelynn relied on in her current broken state; and what was riots solution to this? 4 armor........... and eventually a mana nerf that they proclaimed was a buff but in reality resulted in less mana being generated at all times when stealthed.

Now I'm not going to demand buffs or anything like that I'd just like to say shame on you riot for promising eve tier champions never again and then you put the person who created the entire tier back into it......... so I'm disappointed in you is all so very disappointed.
