Silver 1 77% wr 91 Games Played Total 79% wr on Jayce with 68 games on him Yet has a gold 4 mmr?

In what way does this make sense? This is literally unfun as hell to play against. A player that clearly doesnt belong in this elo, yet is still in this elo. Why is he not in plat/diamond by now? This just makes low elo unfun and defines what people say when theyre stuck in ELO HELL.

Can a Rioter please explain this bs? You need to fix your system to get these smurfs out of an elo they clearly dont belong in.

Silver 1 to Gold 4 isn't that big of a jump. I was placed in Gold V with a Gold 2 mmr at the end of my provisionals according to that site.

Don't trust any site that gives you MMR values, they can't know them, they're only guessing. If you wanna know where your mmr is then check with what rank players you're playing with. Players like that already tend to climb really quickly and the visible rank tends not to match theyr actual mmr.

it's because he started in low Bronze thus he mostly faced very weak players (meaning his MMR will rise but not a huge amount even if he wins a lot)

Even at the maximum amount of elo gained per win, its only around 30 lp. It's a vetting process that isn't designed to be fair. He is probably winning in spite of his teammates as the system will intentionally stack the teams against you if you establish a giant win streak.
