With New Ranks Incoming, I Ask For More Restrictions

I think the restrictions for ranks should be tighter.

The difference between a Silver V and Gold V is pretty huge; huge enough that allowing these 2 individuals to rank together makes for a pretty crappy situation for whoever team that duo is on. The people on that team pretty much have to make up for the skill and knowledge difference of that Silver V. Now, this in and of itself isn't a huge issue, the issue arises when you Gold II - I start duoing with their silver V/IV friends and bringing them into high gold ranked games. The difference between these individuals are even greater than the difference between those who are just 1 whole division apart. This is like a division and a few tiers apart, which matters a lot. It's like throwing a rookie in the minor league straight into the major league.

What I would suggest is that you make it where people can only play ranks with those 3 up and 3 down. If you really and truly want to do ranks with your friends, then you need to start together and play every game together so you stay well within you friends' ranges. This keeps games more closely cut and better for ranked integrity. This would also be good for the matchmaking system as well so you don't randomly get silvers in high gold games as well.
