Rune suggestion

I proposed the same thing a year ago and still can't believe this wasn't added yet:

When you want to change your bottom rune in your secondary tree, you should just be able to click it to change it to a rune in another row in the same branch. The current system where if you click one of the 2 runes and have to select both runes that you want just doesn't make sense to me.
