Does jungle count as solo for laning? Despite not actually being a lane. With plants being easier to apply for ranged champions I felt this is reasonable to ask.

And no the guy who selects the melee champs and forces his teammates to either dodge or lose LP will get the queue and LP penalty.
DrCyanide1 votesRumble has a shorter Auto Attack range than Trundle. He's Melee, and isn't locked out of Melee only effects, regardless of what you think of his spell range.
A "free dodge" for selecting Melee champs in a solo lane means I can dodge without loosing LP or having a penalty because I selected a Melee champion. I don't need to force my teammates to dodge with your system, I can do it myself and get away scott free.
