More lenient champ select dodging punishments?

In many cases, games are already lost in the champ select stage. Whether it be from someone auto locking in something dumb like ad sona jg or not getting their primary role, so they steal it, putting people on tilt before the game even starts. I understand the timer for dodging, but maybe get rid of the lp loss from the dodge.
