Game is still in progress bug.

I loaded up a game of league of legends with some friends and when we loaded up the game, it never brought me to the load in screen. It just sat there on my client with the Game is still in progress not allowing me to reconnect. I've tried restarting the client several times but nothing, it just sits there on the screen.
