Project Skins Real Soon?

So, today I was playing a game of lucian and during the loading screen i noticed that my support had a summoner icon i had ever seen before. but during the game i had completely forgotten about it but remembered once i got out of game and checked it on the client when i viewed his profile and saw it was an icon of project ashe's bow. i relogged and checked the stores and it wasn't there. im assuming it accidentally got released too early and that the skins are right around the corner, im assuming maybe like a day or two
