About surrendering.

So this is going this post isn't going to be agreed with by most who read it, such as most my posts, but I want to throw this out here.

First of all, I feel there should be a leader on both teams sometimes. A leader who should really make the decision to ultimately surrender, and everyone else should respect that and vote yes. There's been many games I been leading my team in kills, like 10+ kills while everyone else has none, or lucky to have 1 kill on my team. We'll be losing lanes, losing turrets, and I call for a surrender, and people refuse to surrender. To me, that's refusing to communicate with your team.

YES FOR THE ONES WHO HOLD PEOPLE POLITICALLY CORRECT... I know that you can always make a come back. I know this, don't need to tell me. I been in those games, but typically when you're down so bad, and have lets say not so smart people on your team, usually you end up losing the game anyways cause by then everyone has been fed enough and got a good head start for your team to consider trying to win.

I mean, for me, it's a waste of my time when I could move onto the next game. Losing gives you little to nothing in champion experience, IP, and ranking, and overall confidence in itself.

I think I'm making this thread in more so to bring awareness here, trying to reason with a even ground. I hate surrendering, but if were down that bad, I want to surrender. It's not fair to me to have to carry and waste my time only to lose in the end. You are basically slapping your team "leader" in the face and I will say leader because they are leading the team in stats and performing the best. I think you should listen and understand. I know the leader makes mistakes too, and can even make someone die in those commands but it's just annoying that I have to sit down and stay there.

If you go afk, you get reported, so you can't win either way when these people vote no.

Maybe riot should just implement a one time quit per day to let you quit and be excusable once a day for this behavior, and grey out the afk reporting option. I don't know, to me it just isn't right that I gotta try even harder and put stress on myself by having to watch my team just do incredibly bad.

I think we need to establish a leader per team sometimes. YES I KNOW ALL THE NEGATIVE ASPECTS doing that can cause, but still.

Or just throw on the screen in big letters EVERY SINGLE MATCH in the middle of your screen that says "Play smart, and communicate as a team". League should say that every time.

What if we implemented an alert chat function? If you are leading your team in kills or have most assist over the person who has the most kills, why not implement a system that makes them leader sort of speak and a system that is designed to a alert channel to let that person be able to type and once they enter what they wanna type, it gets thrown in big letters on the middle of that teams screen?

Again, I don't like surrendering, but most of all, I don't like wasting my time in a hopeless match more. It's getting to the point I just say to people "Well, I'm gonna afk then since some of you voted no".

Does anyone on this entire game feel like me at all? I know most people will be against this post probably, but I hope I can bring awareness in communicating, and understanding on different grounds. I look at people who vote no in hopeless match as nothing but trolls who need to delete their accounts. It's one thing to be losing, but to be losing badly? There needs to be some way to get it through these guys heads that the match is over.

TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE... I hate it when you're losing badly, and the other team members start talking shit in /all chat. That's beyond annoying, and yeah I know you can block that and disable it but still.
