That shits being taken on all kinds of champs. Gives you decent AP, CDR, Mana regen, Gp10, More gold for just damaging champs, and a free 40% slow FOR 4 GODDAMN SECONDS

If anyone who's not a support takes it they're just dumb. It's literally just a support version of twin shadows nobody bought it before and nobody is complaining now. The active being disabled for 12 seconds after killing a minion keeps it from being abused in mid/top. It's also a really useful tool vs Rengar . I think it's pretty well balanced.

Except cheap CDR, 150% mana regen, slow which can help with invisible champs, and help against ganks and in chases, gold generation.

You don't get the gold generation or slow if you kill a minion. Of course it's cheap, it's a support item. You can make any item sound op if you're doing that.

item 3117 only 800g for more movespeed than any other boots? OP.

I dont know why aruge about it? Even RIOT admitted that its too strong mid, all high ELO mid laners( Challengers/master) were building it. Thats why its mana regen is getting nerfed and ghosts slow is getting kinda nerfed. Its very good item to check junglers current position, and it gives gold over time also,and gives gold when attacking turret, so once u clear wave, gives u a bit extra gold. Its very gold efficient item for some mid laners

The original post says "That shits being taken on all kinds of champs" which it's not. That's what i'm arguing here. You said it yourself "Its very gold efficient item for some mid laners." Not all mid laners, not top lane, not jungle, not adc. It is not being taken on all kinds of champs, only a select few. Yes it's a good item you can pop the active on your way back to lane and stuff, but no it is not broken. That's all i'm trying to say here.
