That turret dive with no minions was questionable but it seemed really fortunate that they ever managed to get so far ahead early where it mattered. Also, I think BoRK was necessary for Trist. The Cho was just a brick wall and impossible to ignore due to his damage/CC.
I ask this in lots of these LCS series. Two/three games in a row, one team will let the other team keep taking the same OP champ. "But they need to ban this other meta champ just in case." Umm, why not ban the champ that just wrecked you twice? "Just in case" doesn't win games. Banning the champ that JUST beat you does. HELLO!?
I mean it's like these coaches are blind or something.
Because if you leave champions like Galio or Kalista open you automatically lose the game. They wanted to be on the red side so Huni could counter pick their top since they were playing around him. That means that SSG has a pick advantage so they have to ban out the biggest threats that are currently considered OP. Cho got counter picked as they wanted to and Trundle did really good vs him in early game. It just came down to SSG playing it out better alongside SKT making some mistakes.
The only thing to ask is to riot... What balancing ur game like that ??? u think its interesting to look at malz (brainless press R and skilless), Cho (a tank... recquiring nothing... than a press R too). And i won't talk about Ardent horrible meta where most is dependant of botlane (sadly for Faker).
Malz isn't broken he just does 1 thing pretty well. I wouldn't mind making malz harder to play and having more to master in his kit. Also, supports not being able to buy crucible because they have to rush ardent, makes him even better. You know you're in trouble when you have to put Faker on a karma mid. SSG just outclassed skt from the draft to their stompy wins.
