So Bot Lane

With Ziggs slowly making bot lane his new playground, with some supports locking in champions designed for top but can actually do somewhat decent in support because of damage and tankiness. What do you guys think will happen to ADCs that require being in bot lane to shine (such as Caitlyn, Tristana, Lucian, Miss Fortune). Do you think Riot will help ADCs in some way to show that bot lane is their home or just stand back and let the meta kick ADCs out for awhile.
