I'm so tired of getting trash teammates

Sounds cliche, but just focus on improving yourself. It also helps if you're using a champ you're genuinely having FUN with, not just trying to win. There will be less pressure that way, you'll improve, and the wins will follow. Trust me I get the frustration but that's out of your control. If you can get your champ(s) down really well and have a great understanding of your role, everything else will follow. Plus if you do end up losing, which will happen, at least you had fun. That's why we play games anyway, right?
Improve your MMR maybe
what about all the games where you do not do good? Do you think the other people on your team that did good in the games that you did bad do not think the same thing about you? Everyone has bad and good games and especially in lower ELO it is a crap-shoot on if your teammates and enemies will be truly the same ELO as you or if they will be above or below it. I would also be willing to bet that some of the people who are "terrible at the game and so bad" in your games were actually doing fine, most likely the jungler or support, and you were just mad that they did not doing everything including giving up their life for you in lane. I do not by any means main jungler or support so I am trying to be as unbiased as possible, but there have been plenty of games I have seen where people that sound just like you complain about terrible jungler or support when the jungler is roughly 2/0/7 or the support is 0/0/5. You just gotta except that these things happen and not get mad at it because in the end it is just a video game, whether you play it competetively (not pro obviously) or just for fun or play it every day or just once a month, it is still just a video game, nothing will change from getting upset about it.
My games are lost not because of feeding... But sadly with people harassing each other and costing the game.
That is pretty much how I got demoted back to Bronze V a few hours later (got promoted to Bronze IV... But got demoted because of people being incredibly hostile).
