  2. Maybe give his soldiers only a certain number of attacks before disapearing 3.Nerf ratios 4.Dont nerf his entire kit because numbers are off 5.I enjoy Taco Bell

I think is kit is off. Riot probably wouldn't touch his kit if it could be fixed with Numbers. But he continues to be picked aggressively in the LCS, all thanks to his massive play making potential with the so called "Shurima Shuffle."

I think the Emperor needs a new Groove.
