Chat restrict yourself on purpose optiopn

Riot please add this feature, I feel like I lack discipline and people egg me on to say something or put me on tilt. The community is overwhelmingly sensitive and spam reports. I actually enjoy being chat restricted because it helps me focus on game and not chat.. Also, its nice not getting reported and being scared of being banned. I think It would be a good idea to add a chat option before you enter the game so you cannot change it in game to rage. Please make It an option to chat restrict ur self for players like me.
