Back with another idea, this one for annie.
Just a simple ult change. Make tibbers' actual "arrival" damage less(alot less), then make tibbers himself tankier and last longer (maybe more ambient damage instead?) I actually find micro managing tibbers to tank skillshots or even towers the most fun thing about annie. this would still keep her as the sort of "entry level" mage as her combos are still no different, but give her a higher skill ceiling and make her more fun imo.
We could get really crazy and even give him an item slot...that'd be cool XD
