3x 1.5% movespeed quints, 6x scaling CDR glyphs. I like that you're reducing some rune costs, Riot, but simply getting some customisation for my runepages costs so much I could've gotten a new champion with that IP. It doesn't go far enough.

Gnart Even Close1 votesrunes just cost way too much. they should be gated only by level, not by cost. and the other problem is that people who already own everything have nothing to spend ip on. you should be able to get runes for basically free and pay ip to change in game music or map.

Muffinsong1 votesI just spent 8k IP on Runes. THATS ITS????!!!!! that aint that much Think about it. Champs change every week. 10 different options. RUNES DONT Investing in proper runes is worth it. 8k is not enough. Spend more.
