What ever Happened to This Feature?

When I first started this game last November, I remember there was this feature where it showed you live games that you could spectate from different players. I havent seen that in a long while. Anyone knows what happened?

It's currently not implemented in the new client, same with bots in customs last I checked. No word on updates.
