Can we just make Zeke's Harbinger a completely new item?

yea, that would actually add diversity to the game (so most likly they won´t do it)

I agree, but my next suggestion would be to remove Zeke's Herald.

This less a rework of Zeke's Herald and more of a "we're deleting this item and adding a new one at the same time for supports to build."

I agree with this notion 100%. If they're willing to call the new item something different, they should AT LEAST keep the old one as is. Seriously, there's no need to remove it at all, and plenty enough to keep it. I'd rather have both items than have Riot change EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of an item I use very frequently in the name of "reworking" it, including the damn name.

I actually took Zeke's Herald on Leona or Thresh when my ADC needed some help and my team had an AD in the Jungle, Top, or Mid. It didn't give a large stat boost but what it gave I can gladly say has saved my team a few times. When I'm nearby and an ally gets away with a tiny amount of HP, I can be sure that the Lifesteal it gave probably helped save them. Zeke's Herald wasn't a bad item, it was just an extremely situational one.
