Sion's ult can be heard globally
Not sure whether this is a bug or intended, but whenever Sion casts his ult, whether he be on yours or the enemies team, it can be heard globally.

Intended. Stated so in the spotlight. Phreak said subtlety wasn't Sion's speciality.
Also, do people even watch the damn spotlights anymore?
I watched the spotlight!
First game I played against a Sion today I heard the global ult sound go off and was like "oh snapz", followed by An Ally has been Slain.
intended. they never expect the point blank ult though
