Disable flex queue and fix it - this is not an optional thing to leave alone

And riot WON'T disable this. Commentator is Diamond 5 and shouldn't even be in the same game as someone in Diamond 2 with his normal-level MMR, and you can see in the lolskill.net portion of the video, there is NO way this should have ever happened by the ratings depicted.
