Not really asking for what's the best in the current meta,
is kinda over the top right now. I just want to know who is the best overall, since I've only been playing for season 6, and I'm not really the best player, Silver 2, and I just want to know which adc has the best late game.
i think its
since he can kill an entire team with his ult and stealth attack speed, but again I'm not the best player

The most generalist answer is Jhin.
Prison AnaI1 votesim gonna go with jinx, vayne or jhin, jinx because fuck those rockets hurt, vayne because lets be honest the q buff pushed her over the top and jhin will remain one of the strongest until infernal drake gets changed imo

420 grams1 votesI think Kalista, even though she's a garbage tier adc rn. No one can out kite her, and her kit is similar to twitch with their e, but she has more utility than he does.
SGT Dingle Berry1 votesKinda hard to put a general answer on such a broad question. I'd say with a good team behind her MF with a shred build and her ult and I'd take her move speed over Jinxs' grenades any day. Jhin is probably #1 though as his damage+range+snares are OP.
