New Akali

Less damage, less tower damage, less sustain, less wave clear, and some less utility with her not being able to reveal stuff from range along side a shorter duration on her shroud. The only upside is Pink Wards don't reveal her and she can now dash over wall's without needing something to ult to on the other side. Overall the nerfs highly out weigh the buffs on a champion that has already been lackluster since her E nerf.
