I'm writing this as a Hecarim with main with over 70000 mastery points.
Once he gets his ult his ganks are insane, he can build full tank and still do high damage, and he has amazing mobility. Even after the heavy nerfs preseason he still seems very powerful.
Am I wrong?

Hecarim isn't broken but he's a good toplaner.
Let me tell you something If you get Hecarim in ARAM Get sheen as your first item, put two points in E and one point in Q. Whoever you E+Q will lose half their health in a millisecond
I haven't seen a hecarim since the end of S5
Nobody builds Hecarim right. Everyone seems to think that his E is useless and that his primary damage output should be auto attacking.
Yep he is broken, go ghost predator or even electrocute and you can dive people all day long and not be punished for it cause your simply just to fast.
