Q: When placed in a low elo ranked game.... (won't fit)

... If you do exceptionally well in it, but still loose, does your elo or mmr still drop?

Sorry, I hate these (...) teaser headlines, but the question wouldn't fit lol.

Basis for this question: I've been placed with people who are most likely extremely brand new to rank - or at the very least, make the exact same mistakes/decisions I got crucified for when I first started. I can honestly carry a game as well as an ADC could and still loose the game. But each game the players all behave the exact same - both enemy and friendly. I'm learning now to exploit the enemy stupididty but I can't stop my own team mates (who, for some reason, apparently all Bronze 5 players I've been matched with have decided that shot calling and sending warning pings more than once (I ping twice sometimes, one for each champ I see pass a ward or go missing from lane) is reportable as trolling/spamming).

I'm not seeing a change in the attitude or behavior of summoners I get cued with. It's been this way for just over a week. I'm wondering if my MMR is actually changing and they are moving with me, or if because I can't get anyone to respect my shot calling, I'm still here because I can't carry well enough as an ADC to win.
