IS it just me or is the "hopping mad" emote really small?

They are actually the "same size". It's essential a "hit box" if you will. The distance from the uppermost pixel to the bottom of Sona and Riven are the same. As well as the left and right seem slightly larger for Sona , but not enough to warrant "it's smaller."

I'm not sure it works like that, but just an observation. Could also be your skewed by your images.
