What happened to Talon?

This champ went from being a mediocre assassin to being insanely overpowered, and i just dont understand why. What increased his damage to this point and why is it not being hotfixed?

I don't think talon is that great like what does he do other then be good at snowballing. Since his split push is worst then zed's and his team figh is also not good he has to go for the adc since the popular mids are do burst damage so you end up having to go for the adc but the most popular supports are like thresh, nami and lulu who all can easily cc and even if there is no support vayne is a popular adc and she fucks talon and most adcs can just build item 3046 and dash away since the most popular ones right now all have mobility and that hurts talon since he has very limited mobility.

There are two good things about talon One: he can snowball and end a game very easily Two: he counters yasuo. If your having problems with talon just play passive in the early game ping your teammates when he leaves to roam since unlike sol he has no hard cc and has limited ways to gank and armor really hurts him since unlike zed his poke is not good and he can't stack a black cleaver as good either.

Also I may disagree but I guess I have to upvote since idk why you have so many downvotes like most of the time anti assassin post get upvoted since people hate assassins so it is probably bots.
