Rarely when kiting/orb walking etc. The axe sometimes will go the opposite way of where you're kiting, this is such a issue as he's basically a orb walk dependent adc, they only drop randomly when you don't kite and stand still and auto which is fine. It happens as a rarity when kiting but during some occasions it has fucked me over in a fight.
