Buff this shitler, tired of seeing him on my team since everyone always feeds. His damage is mixed and his kit doesn't make sense, why's his damage split in between AP and AD and his damage consistency garbage. A ADC needs to be able to pump out constant ranged AD.
They don't buff because Sivir, Ashe, Jhin and Cait are their special champions and they don't want Corki.
Honestly the ADCs that I feel aren't relevant as much as a meta pick are Sivir, Corki, Kalista, Urgot, and Varus. Twitch is for me 50/50. Kit wise he needs a bit of tinkering but yea he's so easy to bully out of lane and with out his ultimate up he feels extremely useless, especially when there's no peel either. What I also dislike is how they reworked Graves and hit him with so many nerfs to the extent where he's only seen in the jungle.
He's a caster, much closer to a mage than an adc, and that's fine, but he still is a bit underwhelming overall. I think he could use some ap ratio buffs, so getting void/liandrys feels better on him. Increase the Q to 0.7,buff the ult to 0.4 instead of 0.3 and buff the special delivery to 0.4/sec to match the ratio on the basic W. It's kinda absurd that the basic W scales twices as good as the special delivery. Aditionally, the ult cd should get lowerd to 1.75 sec and his base as could use a small buff, same for the ad/level. Lower cd on his E would also help alot.
