Are you suggesting they are doing it just to waste your time? If you are, that is ridiculous. If you are not, then you can't say they are abusing it either way, just that it annoys you.

As if you're going to get someone that will dodge for you to such an extent that it matters? You'd have to get a new person each time to avoid the queue penalty, and if you didn't it'd increase each time. Assuming you really could get a new person to do this for you, the results would be negligible even on that individual's level, let alone the impact on matchmaking as whole.

Running around in the fountain does not count as afk because you´re active. AFK means away from keyboard as in not there, as in inactive. As in not running around in the fountain and instead just sitting in the middle of it not doing a thing.

AFK is only counted if the server has not detected a command input. That´s why a message shows up about you going AFK after about a minute of no command being detected, i think.

The AFK or the leaver does lose LP, since he was not present during the remake vote. It´s not easy to abuse such a system, but hey, if people want to try, it´s their LP loss, their MMR and ELO decay, not mine, so i tell them abuse away.

I don't care about LP, I can win it back, it's the TIME, I'f I find out a dude wants to wait till half build to gank, or I'm at 30 minutes a dodge, I'll take the leaverbuster. I hate that it has increase time per dodge, make it a set 5-10 min MAX and I wont feel the need to AFK a troll match that I would have otherwise dodged at select.

Seriously, On NUMEROUS occasions, I've dodged a match at 30 min wait penalty, only to get REQUED with the same dude who was just trolling select because his match lasted 20 minutes. Why is this hard to understand? The worst part is you can't go play a fucking ARAM because for some reason dodging ranked counts for other ques, like, what the actual fuck bullshit is that???

You waste peoples time, the time is what makes people rage in this game, why do people get mad? Because X did X and X is stuck for X time in X match/waiting.

So, queue time being roughly 2-3 minutes.... champ select ranging from about 3-8 minutes normally..... and if you dodge it is only 5-10 minutes? Sounds like troll season will be in order.

You want to leave because you do not like your team or their team..... just think about that. Did you play any sports in school? Or any competitive clubs? Or played any kind of card game or something? Your right, it is not about win or lose. Its about you being selfish and not wanting to play a game for whatever your pety reason it may be. Fine with me, take your time and lose it. Waste your own time. Do not try blaming others for YOU choosing to waste your own time.

Edit: btw, you are not the only one in the game :) the jungler does not HAVE to gank for you. They do not HAVE to gank before a certain level or before a certain amount of items are bought..... and you do not HAVE to leave..... guess the choices are prrreeetttyyyy clear which is made.
