A Way to give Veigar A Buff without chaging his other ablities :)

Just give him a bigger stack on his q to make up for no more dfg Change minion kill from 1 to 3 or 2 and on champion kill make it from 5 I think it is to 8 or 10 in my opinion I think that would more then compensate for dfg being removed without having him lose out on or the changing of his other moves anyone else agree that this could more then benefit
