When I play league, I dont end the game, and just taunt the enemy team at the fountain. good or bad?

I've seen people being mad for people doing this. I mean I only do it because it's "fun" or if i really need an S+ for a mastery token, or sometimes it's just that im bored and want games to last longer. Is this a bad habit to do? And if it is, why not just surrender?
