Seriously, basic PR - if you say something, your customers will hold you accountable. Maybe 20 years ago you couldve gotten away with backtracking like you have, but as you can see with all the posts from people feeling betrayed, you can't pull that kind of shit today

Honestly, you created this mess for yourselves. It was always fairly obvious that solo queue was never coming back. Even if internally you weren't 100% sure, there was definitely at least some doubt. So why tell us its coming in weeks-months-never?

I honestly feel bad for the people who didn't see it coming. I'm not even a PR major and I know that the shit you tried to pull is dumb af. Whoever authorized this ought to be fired lmao, its just so terrible. I'm not even for or against solo queue, I just find the way you've dealt with this totally laughable

Except game is free to play, there are no customers and people have privilege to play here, not right.

if they said at the start "no, we will not bring back solo queue" i would have had no problem. but they lied and i cant stand being lied to without a good reason(they didnt even give a reason lol). after the way season 6 has gone so far, its a miracle im even still here.
