Kleptomancy Cooldown Debuff

I understand that Klepto's CD is very low. That said, it would still be very helpful to have an indicator of when it was on cooldown to be able to play with it better. I think the way the bandit cooldown debuff shows up would be a perfect fit: any time it is on cooldown, have a small icon showing when it will be available next.
