Anyone know the files on a mac to change the mastery emote to a custom one?

I have an idea -- I want to change the mastery emote on my computer to something of my choosing. :)

Okay, okay. I'll tell you. I want it to say "I'm a noob!" with an arrow. I feel this is more appropriate than the current graphic.
