d3dx9_39.dll problem

I insatled the 64bit and 32bit version and puted them in the folders as I was watching the turotial on youtube, and it didn't work, what to do to fix this problem?

install direct x 9 using the official Microsoft installer, then reboot your PC. you shouldnt have to put these dll's in yourself, unless you got them from an unreliable source. try not to do that its very bad for your PC.
