Emote bug

So I got Lunar Revel Nasus Poro emote, in a chest, it said "Unlock permanently" and I clicked it and it said "This item has been added to your inventory" and it's not even there, does somebody have same problem with that as well?[cass-cry]

same thing happened to me with a different emote but i showed up by the time i logged in the next day. not sure why it happened but give it 24h and then send a support ticket to riot
