So basically I was in a champ select, my internet crashed and I had to exit, and when I logged in after that, I got 20min block... Like I didn't leave champ select in days, shouldn't I get a 1st, 5min one? Should I report this as a bug?

Noor Sakata1 voteswell , it isn't 20 minutes , it's usually 6 minutes then 15 in the second dodge , well then it means his client bugged in champion select and forced him to dodge for like the 3rd time
