When Yasuo's Steel Tempest is charged to the 3rd Q and he ults, his 3rd Q's charge immediately disappears, but he still has the ring indicator that he still have the knock up Steel Tempest. Is this a glitch, meant to be, or how was this intended? Can someone please clarify?

He's meant to lose the torando, so the ring staying is a bug.
