Perma Bans for URF

Last year Riot purposely disabled certain champions for URF because of the game winning ratio that made the mode not fun. The first champion to be disabled was . She is literally bull on the gamemode and I would like to see her disabled again so I don't have to waste a ban on a champion that literally makes the game impossible to have fun it they are on the enemy team. is also another champion that is almost impossible to go against. I love the gamemode, I couldn't care less if I was losing as long as I was having fun with a champion, but when certain champs come onto the map it literally is game over before you can get into lane. Both Vlad and Sona can murder people under their tower at level 1. It's disgusting.
