I just started learning Fiora (I'm not that great) and I'm thinking about playing her mid lane. However I need some feedback or your opinions about this. She feels like an AD ekko who fights in small skirmishes with mobility (ekko's e, fioras q), while having a backup or "reset" which allows them both to 2v1 with their ults. Please tell my any opinions such as what to build, counters, laning in mid, and general tips. Thanks!
My Gold friend, who has 1.69M mastery points on Fiora and literally only plays Fiora takes her top and mid and he always seems to make it work mid
I assume that it CAN be done, but you have to know what you're doing

fiora mid is not viable
fiora mid is still something useful to have in your pocket, every toplaner should be prepared to go mid and vice versa.
i rather wonder about irelia mid...
I like fio mid, only problem is that if they play really passive, there isn't much you can do to force something like an assassin would.
The issues with it, is what your team comp ends up looking like and the fact you're missing a midlaner
