So currently I am Honor Level 0 from chat restriction in early January (I've since reformed), and really want to get this year's Victorious skins, trying to get gold in all the queues. However, I am concerned about whether my honor level will affect if I get the skin or not. What honor level do I need to get the skins at the end of the season? Do you think I will have enough time to get my honor back?
Honor just came out last year and it had no bearing on whether you get end of season rewards or not.
Besides, if you only had a chat restriction, as long as you cleared all the restricted games before the season ends (6,7 months from now), you are in the clear to get end of season rewards.
Of course these are rules in past seasons and subject to change, but as long as you don't get anymore punishment, I can say with 95% confident you will get your end of season rewards (provided you can get at least Gold 5 that is)
