Ok so, to preface this, i went 8-2 in my flex que promos, and got silver 3. This was around my solo\dou ranked rank.

And, as you're all quite aware, riot quote "fixed" the bug with flex que, so i quick jump on and play another game, and win that one.

So right now I've won 9 out of the 12 games right?

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY I GOT PUSHED AN ENTIRE DIVISON LOWER FOR _WINNING _ A GAME

Edit: I also lost the division name "Shaco's Deathmasters," and this is like 50% of the situation for me

Because of the MMR mismatch in Flex Queue, you got reset to the original starting point (pre placements). But remember this is only Preseason, the rank you accomplish now WILL BE RESET AGAIN! The rank you get in preseason does only influnece the placement in Season 7 to a SMALL extend! (only your starting point in season 7 is affected by Preseason ranks) Sidenote: 1-2 Tier drops are completely normal in preseason.

I.E.: You were Plat 5 at the end of the season, were placed high Silver after placements, now got placed low Silver. If you now climb to Plat again, you will then only be placed in low Gold at the start of Season 7!

So dont worry to much about the current placement!

Well, I'm assuming you're new to the league ranking system. What happens at the start of each new ranked season, is that your ranked gets a reset and no one can place higher than plat. So basically your top percent gets squished down and everyone else with them.

Ranks are gonna reset again so.(assuming) I'm just gonna wait for the new season to start before I start anything ranked. BUT this rank will help you get placed for after the pre-season.
