Suggestion: Keep Spear of Shojin as an item, just change the broken passive.

Apparently Spear of Shojin is getting removed because the passive is too strong:

However, it's nice to have an item that gives 20% CDR and a lot of AD. It's true that Essence Reaver does that, but not all champions like the mana and the crit it gives.

Why not keep Spear of Shojin, so players can have more options on what to build, and just change the passive to something not so problematic?
