A possible change to help viktor
revert his ult back to where it would proc faster. This would also help make rylais somewhat useful as well

Nahui1 votesNew ult is better. Punishes for small windows of mistakes if you don't have them under it when it ticks, but rewards when it does tick on them.
Miror B1 votesWait, why does viktor need help? He already kinda counters the two most popular adc's that roam midlane (corki and lucy) while having a pretty safe laning phase.
