Ranked LP gains and losses

Since I got to Silver III, I've consistently gotten teams with two or three trolls or feeders each. Even with a duo partner, I can't consistently win with people on my team intentionally feeding like this. It's gotten to the point that I can't progress, and have even been demoted several times.

One of my main problems is that in games where I lose but get A+, S-, S, or S+ rating, my LP goes down more than the feeders' LP. So, I was wondering if it would be possible for a system to be implemented where players who consistently outperform even facing incredibly fed teams would get a bonus, for example lower losses or even minor gains for truly excellent performance.

I know that people say that the people who deserve to be in Platinum, Diamond, etc. can carry a team, even with several trolls, but when I'm often relegated to support by pick order, with a first-pick who doesn't know the first thing about the current meta, I can't carry an ADC who tower dives a 1/2-health enemy at level 3. I can't force them to take the Thresh lantern, so I really can't do anything to save my lane.

What do you guys think? Should there be compensation for decent or outstanding players who get bad teams in Ranked?
