Would it be better if Morrello lost 20 Ap and gave it to Liandrys and Liandrys lost its Hp and gives some of it to Morrello? The extra health early game will help against ad champions who build lethality first.

No. Morello is overcrowded with stats as it is, it doesn't need defensive stats on it as well.
Morello is OP and a must-buy on most mages already. I'd like to see more diversity with the AP items, not simply switching some stats.
I'd prefer seeing a small nerf to Morello in trade for buffing some other mana-related AP item. This could be Tear/Archangels, but it might be too easy to make that item busted from where it is now. Another option could be Athene's Unholy Grail. In the past, Riot decided to kill Athene's as a potential purchase for AP mids and transitioned it into a support item (which not many supports buy, to begin with). I'd like to see them make it viable for both, or perhaps simply revert it for AP mids.
